Diversified Culinary Experiences
Being a film maker, Jaipur has always been my city muse. I visited Jaipur for a project with my team and though we have already covered most of the beautiful aspects of the city and its food. This time we wanted to experience something more and hence we booked a Rajasthani meal at a local home chef’s home. I loved the ambience and the wonderful hospitality by Seema, we had booked a meal with her before visiting Jaipur since both me and my team are foodies and we wanted to taste the local Rajasthani Food. From the Malai Pyaaz to Pulao and the local specialty Laal Maas, everything was just delicious. We had a great time with Seema. She has an amazing vibe and is super sweet host.Thank you so much for the memorable experience.Abhilaash Sahu
It was a beautifully set up home and Swati was a sweetheart, she made sure that we had a great time by involving us in her culinary process. The meal started off with Swati serving us a refreshing drink which was a saviour in Agra’s rising temperature. Next thing we know, the table was loaded with a variety of dishes. At the end we were so full and content with the meal, when Swati came out with a bowl full of sweet and creamy ‘Sheer Kurma’ which tasted heavenly and in spite of us being so full, we thoroughly relished it. Finally, we bid goodbye to Swati and her wonderful Mehman Nawazi (great hospitality). P.S. we met her two children, who were absolutely adorable and made our experience even more memorable.Sadhvi Mehra
Ayandrali, now what to say about her,a cook who knows her dishes very well and is an amazing host.Specially how interested she was in introducing the details about her food and calcutta of course. Her energy is amazing and some very very tasty food on top of that is a combination why Feastby was worth it. Chingri Pakoda is my favourite. Actually everything was my favourite. Also, she is a well traveled person which made it easier for me to connect with her because we had so many stories from our trips.Besides I am an Oriya guy and have tried bengali food so many times in past but at Ayandrali's the food much different, richer, hygienic and wholesome. Her house and specially her backyard were fun to hang out in while I gorged on two cups of Simayer Payesh.Abhilaash Sahu
